We make biodiesel in North London and have been on top of the issue now for sometime to see whether we can help with our much cleaner fuel. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The shorthand explanation of LEZ is that the vehicle has to be Euro III and above to comply. However a lesser known fact is that there are a number of Euro I and II engines which if they are running cleanly enough can be granted an exemption certificate.&lt;br/&gt;Of course the way to do this is to run on biodiesel.
